<p>If you&#8217;re going to try to pressure an ISP into getting the personal data behind someone&#8217;s online identity and said someone lives in Jersey, you&#8217;d better bring the force of a subpoena or a search warrant, otherwise you&#8217;re now going to be shit-outta-luck. </p>
<p>Normally, this wouldn&#8217;t be much cause for cheering, but considering they&#8217;ve had problems at <a href="http://www.njo.com">New Jersey Online</a> with users having lawsuits threatened against them for speaking out about their elected officials&#8230;I think it&#8217;s positively fantastic. Even the <a href="http://www.eff.org">EFF</a> thinks so.</p>
